Rules

o   No climbing on the tables or handrails is allowed.

o   All vehicles must be parked in the parking lot area, please keep vehicles off the grass inside the circle drive and avoid parking in the circle drive day of wedding, absolutely no driving on the grass around the building beyond the wooden fence post.

o   After the event all trash (including bathroom trash) has to be bagged up and put inside dumpster on the east side of the property. All trash must be in dumpster, anything that does not fit is to be hauled off by the responsible renters of the current event.

o   Inside tables and chairs to be stacked against the wall. Chairs in a single stack, do not double stack them.

o   Inside chairs are not allowed to be taken outside. Do not drag chairs across the floor.

o   Outside chairs to be placed back and strapped(two straps per dolly) down properly(chairs must line up in the stack) to the dollies. (20  per dollies)

o   All kitchen items used must be washed and placed back in the proper area.

o   Decorations must be placed back in their proper area in the storage rooms. Décor can NOT be left outside overnight, if using clean sweep make sure you make these arrangements.

o   Any mess such as food, drink, vomit, or otherwise must be cleaned up and not left sitting on the floor for an extended period.

o   The floor is to be swept with a dust mop.

o   Absolutely NO confetti/glitter in any way. Sparklers are allowed down the stairs for sendoff, but a bucket of water must be present to put them out, do not use the rocks for this, all sparklers must be picked up and not put in the grass at any time.

o   If children are present, they must always have adult supervision, keep them away from the water. Please do not let them play with the rocks, or play on the swing, this is for picture purposes only. Pets allowed upon approval.

o   Please limit your smoking to your vehicles in the parking lot, any cigarette butts must be picked up. Smoking prohibited to at least 25 feet from the building.

o   Do not move the kegerator unless specified by Management.

o   Do not tamper with the regulator for the for the cO2 on the kegs

o   A/C will be turned on and set by Management on Thursday evenings and is to not be tampered with.

o   Alcohol may not be served to minors.

o   Wedding arbor/arch should not sit should not be on grass for more than 48 hours.


Answers to common Q’s

All string lights must be off when no one is present at the venue.

String lights that are out, will be replaced on Thursday or Friday evenings.

Lawn will be mowed on Wednesday or Thursday evenings, subject to change due to weather conditions.

Trash is picked up on Wednesdays, we do not haul off trash. If you have trash that does not fit in dumpster you will need to haul this off on your own.

We provide toilet paper, soap, and hand towels for bathrooms.

We do NOT provide trash bags, kitchen soap, or paper towels in the kitchen.

We do not provide plates, cups, napkins, sternos, or any other items that are not reusable.


Responsible Party

Bride and Groom are responsible for every guest attending their event, and their actions. Please respect the facility as if it were your own. Thank you.
